SOLARCORD
SOLARCORD is an initiation system used in all kinds of surface and underground blasting operations. It is easy to use, fast, practical and safe. It is referred as non electric initiation system in the class of initiation systems.
Core of SOLARCORD is composed of PETN, which is surrounded by knitted textile. Outer shell of detonating cord is coated with PVC. This coating protects the cord and assists PETN to perform its duties successfully under external factors and weather conditions.
SOLARCORD types are determined depending on the unit quantity of PETN content in one meter. Resulting in the 5gr/m, 6gr/m, 10gr/m, 12gr/m, 20gr/m, 40gr/m ve 80gr/m product types.
